Yaojia Wang	d48b5cdd37	fix(backend): Add ITenantContext registration + multi-tenant isolation tests (3/7 passing) ... CRITICAL FIX: Added missing ITenantContext and HttpContextAccessor registration in ProjectManagement module extension. This was causing DI resolution failures.
