feat: initialize Knowledge vault with PARA + Zettelkasten system

- PARA folder structure (Inbox, Projects, Areas, Resources, Archive)
- Zettelkasten folder for atomic permanent notes
- Daily Notes folder with template
- 6 note templates (Inbox, Daily, Zettelkasten, Project, Resource, MOC)
- System folder for Attachments and Templates
- Home dashboard with Dataview query
- CLAUDE.md with knowledge-vault skill integration
- README with complete usage guide
