Changes: - Added independent POST /api/v1/epics endpoint (accepts full CreateEpicCommand) - Added independent POST /api/v1/stories endpoint (accepts full CreateStoryCommand) - Added independent POST /api/v1/tasks endpoint (accepts full CreateTaskCommand) - Kept existing nested POST endpoints for backward compatibility - Fixed all GET by ID endpoints to return 404 when resource not found - Fixed all PUT endpoints to return 404 when resource not found - Changed GetProjectByIdQuery return type to ProjectDto?
