This document breaks down ColaFlow features across the 6 milestones (M1-M6) into:
- **Epics**: Large features or initiatives
- **Stories**: User-facing capabilities
- **Tasks**: Specific implementation work items
- **Acceptance Criteria**: Definition of done for each story

## M1: Core Project Management Module (Months 1-2)
